2.4 — Payment Terms. Invoices are issued as per the schedule defined in each project agreement. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified.

2.5 — Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property. MarketGrowthStudios retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools used in service delivery.

2.6 — Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

2.7 — Limitation of Liability. MarketGrowthStudios' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.8 — Termination. Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. MarketGrowthStudios reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.

2.9 — Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lyon, France.

4.2 — Pre-Service Refunds. If a project has not yet commenced, clients may request a full refund within 7 business days of payment. After this period, an administrative fee of 10% may apply.

4.3 — In-Progress Projects. For projects in progress, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed. Milestones that have been delivered and accepted are non-refundable. A prorated refund may be issued for remaining, undelivered milestones.

4.4 — Completed Projects. Once all deliverables have been provided and accepted, no refund will be issued. Clients retain the right to request revisions within the scope defined in the original project agreement.

4.5 — Non-Delivery. If MarketGrowthStudios fails to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without valid reason, clients are entitled to a full refund of fees paid for the undelivered portion.
